Surf's up! The Teen Choice Awards 2012 held on 22 July, Sunday, was a great splash of color, youth, and fun. The show was hosted by Demi Lovato and Kevin McHale, and featured awesome performances by Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, No Doubt, and DJ Pauly D, who served as "Choice" DJ for the night. The show also had quite a list of presenters and participants which included Ellen DeGeneres, Jason Derulo, Zac Efron, Selena Gomez, Lucy Hale, Josh Hutcherson, Victoria Justice, Gordon Ramsay, Jordin Sparks, and Taylor Swift. Surfboards went to the stars of Twilight, Hunger Games, The Vampire Diaries, and to rocking musicians Maroon 5, Justin Bieber, and One Direction.
The shows red carpet was also a kaleidoscope of rainbow brite colors as stars paraded in gorgeous neon, embellished, and airy dresses.
