L.A. Reid and Britney Spears got up close and personal during a recent audition session for The X Factor USA.
The 'Toxic' hitmaker and record label boss have been getting on like a house on fire, since she joined the panel of the hit Fox show earlier this year and this week, Reid tweeted a picture of his new pal giving him a little smooch, as they sat with Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato at the judge's table.
Spears seemed quite chuffed about their new friendship too, as she retweeted the picture to her fans.
LA captioned the photo, saying:
'Now THIS is #Britneylicious!'
The mum of two added:
'Oh and this is only the beginning… you just wait!'.
The X Factor judges were listening to wannabe pop stars in Providence, Rhode Island, after wrapping up what were said to be a very promising batch of tryouts in San Francisco.
Cowell seemed particularly impressed by some of the hopefuls on the West Coast and tweeted:
'In San Francisco – just seen an incredible group. Watch out for them!… One of the best audition days we've ever done – stars have come to San Francisco!'
Spears enjoyed herself too and added:
'Gotta say, the talent in SF was on fire! I'm definitely impressed. Sad 2 say bye to @SimonCowell @ddlovato @LA_Reid though. Till nxt time…'
